Refund policy
We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. The item has to be in Brand New condition. There will be a $50 restock fee, and you will be issued store credit for the amount of the bag purchased. Store credit Must be used within 6 months of the issue date! No exceptions.

If your return is accepted, we will notify you. You are responsible for shipping cost and insurance. It must include insurance with the bag purchase amount. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will NOT accept returns on sale items, customs, accessories, or gift cards.
